Please don't send full card numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers by email. We never need them.

Booted or towed right now?

Only the City and its tow operators can release a vehicle, and we can't do that for you. Our guides walk through what to do and what it costs:

Common questions

I paid the convenience fee, but my ticket still shows unpaid.
NYC's public records can lag behind a payment. If the ticket still shows unpaid three weeks after you paid our fee, we refund the fee automatically, and you don't need to ask. If your CityPay payment clearly failed and you'd like the fee back sooner, email us with the details. See our refund policy.

A violation is missing, or one looks wrong.
We show what NYC publishes in its open data, and we check it once a day. If it's wrong or late, the City's record is the source. When it matters, confirm directly with the City. If you think we're displaying something incorrectly, email us.

How do I cancel fleet billing?
Email us from your account address and we'll cancel it. Future monthly charges stop and your account returns to the free individual plan. Your vehicles and history stay in your account.

How do I delete my account?
Email us from your account address and we'll delete it.

What does dispute drafting do?
It helps you organize your explanation and drafts a written statement. You review it and submit it yourself through NYC's official dispute process. We don't file anything for you and can't promise any result.
